What Was Delivered
4-6 Fully functioning robust e-Commerce websites, 2 US (one Retail and one wholesale) 2 EU (one Retail and one wholesale) and 2 Canadian (one Retail and one wholesale) websites. Also a network of video marketing materials were created for future use in creating a video marketing campaign and have easy access to editing the template files.
Architecture & UX/Wireframes
Russian Pointe was coming from an outdated .net platform called NopCommerce. The original developers had no idea how to edit, as they bought a template and couldn’t figure out how to change the simplest of things, i.e. social media icons.
There was no UX/UI done on the previous site, this way the stakeholders could pick and choose what features they wanted, to add to the site before design started.
Ballet and Product Photography
I set up a full photography studio inside Russian Pointe’s HQ, located in River North. We were able to save money shooting both product photography as well as travel around the country and do custom photoshoots with Russian Pointe Ambassador ballerinas.
