Enabled enterprise modular site features by owning end-to-end ideation, strategy, and execution of internal ecommerce application used by Merchandising SME’s.

From rapid prototyping, to getting in front of Users to derive research-driven insights, and standing up UX ceremonies to empower developers, Mic has not only enhanced the Search Tooling Platform but also streamlined workflows and improved merchant-driven site strategies. Mic’s ability to quickly onboard, champion the voice of the customer, and collaborate seamlessly with users, designers, developers, and leadership has been invaluable.
